First floor subfloor laying is continuing. A bit from the midline beam to the front of the house has been laid.
The study and most of the front foyer has been placed. Just the dining room, kitchen, and mudroom left!
A shot in the basement from the workout room looking forward. They brought some fill sand in and might need more. The walkout was large enough to drive a small front end bucket loader through. You can see they added about a footings worth of sand.
A little damage was incurred to the elevator shaft ICF. It's fine since it's an interior wall.
This is the corner of the house where the mechanical room will be. You can see the first walkout on the right. In between the two will be a bathroom, but that will not be finished with the completion of the house.
A lot of the snow was covered by the sand. Soon this will be a nice insulated cooler.
Storage room and theater.
Looking forward from the workout room. It's funny, when I'm standing there, it doesn't feel big, but I know it is numerically. It's a mind trip.
Looking down into our hole.
Here's what it looks like standing on the front porch. Beautiful sunny winter day.
There will be a window in that end gable looking right at that huge white pine. Couldn't be happier with the garage view.
Looking at the workout room walkout from the woods.
